Pace Creative conducted an in-depth review of the industry landscape, buyer persona, and journey for a CCSM solution to determine how the target audience makes purchase decisions and how to best address their needs with concise, compelling positioning and product descriptions.

Content Themes

We distilled the information customers seek before making a purchase into content themes, enabling us to clarify and define messaging and positioning. These themes represented the top six features/benefits, from which we identified the top three value drivers.

Brand Positioning

Then, we recommended the best way to position the company in the market with a positioning map. Based on these recommendations, we drafted positioning statements, a 50-word and 100-word description of the company to help formulate the ‘elevator pitch’ and drive sales.
